Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied.
I couldn't asked for a better place to stay.

property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice.
Breakfast a bit for everyone.
Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony.
Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families
The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall.

AC didn’t keep the room cool enough and I booked a poolside view but got city. Hotel is looking tired. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Had a nespresso machine but no spoon or milk. Complimentary water was good. Cleanliness in the room probably as good as they could get - bathrooms need a refurb in reality. Well positioned though.

Gym advertised on-site has no weights - even though it is identified with a "weights" symbol on the door. The gym consists of 4 machines: two stationary bikes, a stair stepper, a treadmill, and resistance bands, and a heavy bag on the floor.
Front desk Staff and manager waere patronizing when I was visibly agitated about attempting to resolve a problem on my own (which would have taken 30 seconds).
Serious privacy breach occurred - staff entered room while I was napping and did not provide prior warning - sent a formal complaint to ACCOR which has not yet been addressed.
Breakfast is pretty good, though offerings may vary and may not have a full selection early in the morning. Probably not worth pre-paying, pay in DHM on the spot instead.
