We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again.

Hotel staff are very uncooperative. They don't take food orders properly and blame us for their fault. The room badly maintained. Room 205 in which we were staying, the bathroom door wouldn't close from outside. When we asked the staff to fix it, the repairwoman attending us told us that it can't be fixed, that's how the door. The door was eventually fixed after notifying the manager again. The morning guard at the parking was very rude and unhelpful. For the money we paid we were expecting a better service.

An excellent hotel, in a very beautiful area with competent and friendly professionals.

Small rooms, too noisy and no sense of comfort for guests

Staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food was superb.

Excellent hotel, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable there was a room heater for cold weather and a.c. for warm. We tried a variety of food and found everything excellent. At the back of the hotel there is a lane which goes up to police bazar. Its a little steep but was interesting to see all the vendors all the way up to the top. Only downside was the water in the bathroom was either tepid or cold.

Great hotel experience from arrival to departure, would recommend to all

went for business so did not spend much time at the property. One of the better hotels in shillong to stay. decent breakfast and good tasty menu options

The heating in the room was inadequate. And the staff was quite unhelpful.

stay was comfortable staff was also good but then the hotel is 3star category and they are charging like a 5star property.
