低於平均 Throughout my entire experience in visiting hotels in Marrakech, Morroco and even in other countries. I have never experienced such a terrible experience. The staff literally treated us so bad , tried to humilate us, gave us a terrible room? Ants, spots. At the end, like a common low class theives they overcharged us, under the table, 1000 dirham for each night they did the" upgrade". Originally I had a room for 250 a night but they put me in a room that has paint smell.

不錯 If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss.

Fabulous oasis just outside of the bustling city! Wonderful pool, fantastic friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, clean and we were surprised at the size. The main hotel is stunning and very Moroccan lux. Food is tasty and pina coladas are excellent 😬

Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.

Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in.
Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all
