I was quite pleasantly surprised. Great value for money, friendly staff clean rooms . I would recommend to others

Older hotel, we had some small issues that are due to the age and maintenance, once addressed to staff quickly actioned. Staff were lovely and more than happy to help. Rooms cleaned daily luckily as the shower door didn’t close, so very wet bathroom. You get what you pay for and the price is great for the location. 5 min easy walk to the beach.

The hotel was very clean and our cleaning in our room was great Whilst the staff at the hotel were lovely and we couldn’t complain about them, I would not stay here again. Our air conditioning did not work, we asked numerous times for it to be looked at but it never got fully fixed Our shower door was broken and we had one PowerPoint in our room The breakfast was very basic and eggs and bacon below expectation. Although we paid for included breakfast we ate out every morning The lift was broken at least twice a week. The hotel needs a good renovation and the breakfast an uplift.

Need bigger beds with new sheets the sheets were grey also bathroom needs agood clean and descaling room was large which was great

Perfect budge friendly place. Stayed in basic room and pools were good. Mold in shower areas could do with some updating.

This was a personal problem for me international hotel with reception staff not able to understand English we arrived told that the room was not available till 2 pm we expected that before saying can we leave our bags where then told the rooms is available and as we had stayed there before, we asked about breakfast tickets and we got the replay oh sorry not reedy will have in morning. Well next morning still not reedy however during that night we discovered the door lock didn’t work properly the room smelt like mold and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor informed reception we continued with our holiday over to Java we returned 5 days later to still having nothing done. Spoke to reception a gene now I feel like a nuisance customer they fixed the lock, open the safe and hung glade smelly things in our room that we had to purchase our self. Unable to bear it any more I contacted Expedia and I email the hotel with all the problems they decided to move us. One other small note as a customer of the hotel who can rent a scooter from them without a deposit have to pay a $10 deposit for an umbrella?
