So , let me start by saying that the location of the property is great where you can walk to almost all famous attractions such as ten Duomo and the Academia . The entrance to the property is not named or labeled so you may have to struggle a little to find the exact building where ten hotel is located. Being a family of 4 we asked for a larger room which you will see on the website , these rooms are not well air conditioned so if you are planning a summer time trip and not accustomed to the heat then these large rooms are not for you , choose a smaller room option where the AC might be better . They have good breakfast and you can grab a drink( water , soda , alcohol ) anytime you like .

What a hidden gem! Perfectly situated to enjoy all of Florence, our stay here felt like we were visiting friends. Breakfast was amazing and our room was comfortable, clean and filled with beautiful antiques. Highly recommend this special place!

George, Jayson and the entire crew do a fantastic job. They make the entire state, exceptional, especially the sit down breakfast. Fantastic location! Will definitely be back here again.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. We travel extensively as a family, and this trip was for over a month between Italy, Spain and France...and this hotel was our absolute favorite. The location can not be beat, it is literally in Piazza Signoria, the staff is the most accommodating and welcoming team I have EVER come across(and I go to Japan 4 times a year), the beds are comfortable, it has AC, our family suite was 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, it has a small lift for luggage, and there is a self serve fully stocked bar on the top floor. George was the greatest house manager I have come across, he carries things, makes an incredible breakfast, checks in with towels, and can make the best cappucino in Italy. I will 100% stay at this hotel every single time I come back to Florence now. It's not even worth considering anywhere else.

This is a really special hotel that I won’t forget. It had a home like feel and the staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was really lovely. The service felt very personalised being a boutique hotel which I really loved about it. It also has very beautiful antique interiors. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay 💓

This is a lovely B&B right on the Piazza della Signoria. You cannot get more convenient! It is clean and well-kept, with much history. The staff is so kind and helpful. There is no lift, though they bring your luggage up and down, so you only need to navigate the stairs yourself. There is a made to order breakfast each day in the dining room (community style). There are sodas, waters, liquors and mixers -everything provided. What a lovely treat! We stayed in one of the double rooms with the giant tubs. It was lovely to have a soak after exploring all day. Oh, and the rooms are so quiet. You would not ever know you were in one of the business parts of Firenze. While the hotel does have AC, it was still quite warm in the room, but it was also unseasonably hot during our visit. It was just a slight trade-off for all the other wonderful aspects. We would definitely stay again!
