We had a fantasic stay! Great location!

This location is very convenient. My only concern is the property itself; it’s quite old and not well-maintained. However, the staff was fantastic so I think renovations are probably needed. Overall, the experience was okay but a modern renovation with modern features would have been much better.

The staff was amazing and the food was good. Great location. Definitely a great place.

Excellent place to stay, clean and felt like home.

Nice spacious rooms. Some rooms are under renovations, we heard some construction noise but not a huge deal. There are shows, entertainments, so not a quiet place at all which is perfect as this is where the action takes place, location location location is great. Delicious food at both restaurants. Most of all, staff members are all so nice, helpful and happy to assist you in anyway.

La habitación muy grande pero se iba la luz a cada dos por tres. Instalaciones un poco antiguas

The room was very clean and huge. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I ever visit Bali again.

The room was very clean, really spacious with walk in wardrobe - we are here on our anniversary and were upgraded to an oceanview which was beautiful. I have a diary allergy and the staff were so accommodating - the breakfast offered was à la carte and some buffet - music, fire dancing and fireworks every night but finished before 10 - the staff were so friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything

Good breakfast and location, some maintenance of the areas would help to keep the place looking good
