We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It is centrally located and easy to get around from there. The hotel is nice and clean, and feels cozy even though it is a bit worn. The staff is helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice - there were many warm dishes, bread, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, granola, juices, coffee, tea and cocoa. We had a room on the 4th floor from which we had a view of both the mountains and the water.

Staff were fantastic! Only challenge was the parking. Do recommend!

This hotel is a bit dated, but is in a great location. Everything worked properly and the staff was friendly.

The building itself is neat, but it requires a fair amount of repair. The beds were almost unreasonably uncomfortable, the rooms were very loud (I woke up thinking someone was in our room with us because I could hear the people above so clearly, they were just walking around) very warm in the rooms, and in 1/2 of our rooms the showers were broken. However, breakfast was good, handy having a bistro in the hotel and staff were kind to hold onto our luggage while we took the train. The town itself was also surprisingly adorable and I wish we’d had more time there! Nothing fancy, but in a pinch it works!

Housekeeping was not good they just changed our towels but no garbages no bed sheet nothing changed ! I told reception and they apologized us, staff in reception and in restaurant were very nice and polite

Whilst the communal areas were spacious and airy the individual rooms were cramped and suffocatingly hot. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Overall the hotel had a tired feel and needs an upgrade.

Clean comfortable rooms with adequate space. Generally, could do with an update as it’s an old building but it’s kept in good condition for its age. Staff very helpful and friendly and good food.

Great location bang in the centre of Fort Wiliam with easy walking access to the train station, 24hr laundromat, supermarkets. And for me, a minute's walk to the hospital. Great views to the Loch and Glens.
