Amazing boutique hotel in Charleston! Close to great restaurants and shopping on King Street. The owners and staff are so kind. The pool and outdoor sitting areas and pool are fantastic. Perfect place to stay while in Charleston!

The owner and staff were accomodating. Pool area and breakfast/happy hour stood out for me as exceptional extras.

Everything about 86 Cannon was perfect. The staff and owners are amazing. The location is great. The pool is beautiful. The sitting areas are gorgeous. Loved my stay there!

Beautiful property and even more beautiful rooms. Everyone on staff is so nice and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and wine and cheese in the evening was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Such a gem of a spot! We loved all the special touches that made this seem like a retreat getaway while at the same time being comfortable and like a home away from home. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were amazing. Wine and cheese was such a nice treat every day. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area; we were never disappointed in their restaurant and tour recommendations. We can’t wait to return!
