Beautiful hotel with well dedicated staff. I love the breakfast and the proximity to the Mall of Emirates where I did most of my shopping.

It was all good and clean and surrounding area was nice to explore.
I’m easy going and just take it one day at a time and so when things are okay I am okay as well.

Excellent staff and customer service, Jenni made special effort to make our stay memorable. The hotel and rooms are clean. Only downside was small room size, limited wardrobe space and bed/mattress quality poor. There’s also a dance club on the main floor which gets noisy so for sensitive sleepers this could be a problem.

I arrived at 4 am with prior notice and my room was still not ready. They gave me a different room and promised to switch me later. Upon entering the room it looked very little like the images. The furniture was worn, faded and in rough shape. When I tried to take a shower the water scalded me and I burnt my arm. It would not cool. Additionally the shower quickly flooded. When I complained they found another room for me. I was told that the weather caused the hot water. At 4 am it was hot enough to burn. Upon going to the new room I was able to get cool water but the shower head was broken and would raise above my chest. And again it flooded, to which maintenance said they all flood. I got about 30 minutes of sleep on the rock hard bed before I packed up and checked out. Moving to a different hotel.
