極佳 Amazing staff! Was really good at helping translate to my language! The door man helped me purchase a new suitcase delivered to the hotel, as mine broke on my journey here! Can not recommend the front door staff enough!!!

The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby.

Good location, nice night view of Anshun Bridge and surrounding areas. Decent walking distant to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square & People’s Park from there. Staffs were nice and helpful.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff. The only improvement to consider for the future is the door - it does not block the noise from the hall.
