Good hotel right next to the railway/DLR station ( but not noisy at all).

Check in was swift and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was that the hand soap was empty, there was a large stain on the carpet and the air conditioning didn’t seem to adjust and the room was very warm. Breakfast was very good and checkout easy.

The staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient for The O2 and getting in and out of London itself the room was spacious comfortable and we have no complaints

A lovely 3 night stay at Novotel, Greenwich, so well situated for seeing the Maritine Museum, The Queens House, Greenwich Park and the Cutty Sark. Convenient location next to station so getting into Central London a breeze or via the boat from Greenwich Quay. Hotel was very clean, quiet and staff were friendly. Breakfast was great as was our evening meal.

Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help . From check in , to breakfast. To check out we were greeted with care, happiness and helpfulness . The only thing which could be improved was the variety at breakfast

Reception atea is lovely and near to train station but AC was not working. Weather is hot and the room is not so relaxing and refreshing as the aircon is not working properly very old fashion. I reported it to the staff and still no actions on it. So 3 days of inconvenience to sleep.
