The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The staff I encountered both at the reception and bar were very helpful both with myself and from what I overheard of them talking to other guests. The lobby and bar were also nicely presented.
It was a great location for getting to Factory International, pretty much a straight walk.
My only issue was that the bed was very creaky as if there was an issue with the springs so when I moved during the night it disturbed me a bit. However the bedding and pillows provided were comfortable.
I was on the ground floor and there was noise in the corridor from other guests who I would say were speaking at a normal volume but whole conversations could be heard clearly through the walls so if you're a light sleeper it's maybe not the hotel for you. I didn't hear any noise from anyone inside the rooms next to me though.

Very happy overall. A little disappointed with the lift being out of action as this meant lugging our case up to the second floor. Friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Great hotel, took us about 20-30mins to walk to the city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly on check in. Room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely too, lots of choice of hot and cold items. The only things if I had to be picky was that the room is a bit dated, some old marks on the carpet etc but compared to prices of the actual city centre hotels it was fair value.

The room in general was fine, until I started to unpack and I found a medication package down the side of the bedside table, a sock left in the bedside table drawer and a used tissue in the wardrobe. Parking was really good and the only real positive about this hotel
