Clean rooms, behavioral staff

Clean room, very friendly staff, continental breakfast couldn’t fault, everything was in walking distance, Xmas markets, food spots, couldn’t fault it

Cleans and awesome staff

Thank you enjoyed our stay

Great hotel, the only problem we had was the door was tricky to open and close, maybe reception could offer advice when guests check in. And the shower in the room kept falling down which did get a bit annoying.

The staff were helpful and approachable. The amenities were nicely done, spacious and rooms were very comfortable.

We didn’t book for fun. We booked Star city hotel and they sent an email at 11am saying we can’t accommodate you and given us this without our consent . We didn’t expect this kind of arrangement

Great hotel room in a great area of the city, especially given the price tag. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful, would recommend!

Lovely hotel and room also good range choices breakfast.

The hotel was clean, shower worked well - good pressure and warm water, matracess were comfortable. There's nothing more to ask from a hotel. Breakfast was included, and it was very tasty, local sweet buns available, hot food was available as well. On arrival we could chose from a single or double bed room. And on departure we were offered help with luggages (which we didn't need). These nice touches made it a pleasurable experience to stay in the Star City Hotel. If I could find any issues, it would be only shower draining slowly and soap ( shower gel) dispenser in shower was empty.
