We stayed in a room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no blankets and was dirty. The front desk employee refused to provide us with blankets to cover the sofa. There was also no shampoo available in the room. I will definitely never stay at this poor-quality hotel again. On top of that, it was expensive. Very disappointing experience.

It was just awful! It smelled bad, there was no service and the WiFi didn’t connect the room was very basic to be a suite

No breakfast, smelt like roaches, bathroom had purple stuff all over it

The room had many insects and spiders around the bed… had issues with room card many times…. And the main problem is the towels … whenever I ask for towels it is always out of stock and i had wait for hours and hours to get towels….. I won’t recommend this property

We had 2 reservations with this hotel. I booked it with Hotels.com and my brother booked it directly with the hotel. When we checked it, may brother gave his ID to the staff and checked him in. When it was my turn, Antonio, the hotel staff could not find my reservation. Antonio checked in my brother with my reservation without checking well my brother’s ID. So Antonio gave my booking to my brother. Then when it was my turn to check in, he could not see my reservation in the computer. With that being said, anyone can check in with someone else’s reservation just by having the same last name and not checking well the full name in the ID. Another problem with the hotel was, the hotel has the same name with 2 different locations. So my brother booked his room in the other location. I asked Antonio that we were not informed that they have 2 locations with the same name and I asked him if he could just transfer my brother’s booking to this location. He said he could not. No apologies received, problem not solved. Also, I booked for 4 pax and the towels in the room were only 2 pcs, no cups, plates or utensils in the room. I had to go downstairs more than twice to get the needed towels and cups and utensils.

the area around has been taken over by the homeless and it did not feel very safe

All the floor was sticky and dirty. Room seemed as it had not been cleaned at all. No breakfast as stated

The girls at the front desk were very nice but not the young man, he was cold and rude. Things a motel feel kind of hotel. Close to the mall which was nice and restaurants
