The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were helpful. The downsides of our stay included being in the basement, requested a window, there was one but it didn't open, itwas heavily frosted and had a light behind it, we were unsure whether it was a real window. The room was very small and the only place to put the luggage rack was under where a vent was dripping water on our clothes, ended up having to put our luggage on the bed and close it up on the floor while we were sleeping. No counter space in the bathroom to put toiletries, not ideal.

Perfectly located near paddington station. Clean yet small room but will all necessities.

Staff was very friendly. Location is convenient. But, rooms are tiny. Coming from the US, I didn’t realize I’d be put in a tiny single room in the basement in a little corner. Worse part was my mattress was broken but since I didn’t go to bed till 1am- I didn’t bother to ask to switch rooms till next day.

This is a great boutique hotel. Beds were comfy, room was well maintained. Staff was helpful and the restaurant was fantastic. Well situated to the paddington station. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfect spot if you’re attending BST Hyde Park, just a 25 minute walk, meaning you don’t have to worry about a packed tube to get back! Around the corner from Paddington, so ideal if you’re exploring London Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms a tad small, but comfortable with good air conditioning

We chose this hotel as it has a spa. When we arrived the spa was closed for maintenance, for the full duration of our stay. They also offered us two single rooms, one of the rooms had no working air conditioning - this was mid July 2026. The fridge didn’t work in that room either. We spoke to reception and had to ask that they at least include breakfast in our stay. Which they agreed to one day, and we had to argue for both mornings. At breakfast there was no menus. They also had very limited breakfast buffet. There was also no bar in the hotel, only a small Indian restaurant, which is where the breakfast was served. We didn’t feel like it was 5 star hotel.

Fabulous hotel, well appointed rooms, very quiet and excellent air-conditioning that was so welcome during the heatwave we were having during our stay. Very comfortable beds too. Only downside was we had 2 rooms and one was in a basement with no windows.. it was fine for our 1 night stay but it would have been nice to have been told at check-in we would have no natural light. Would definitely stay again.. but would check our room had windows!

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was not great - just OK.

It was a nice small hotel. I had taken the last available room which was in the basement, and it was already advertised as a room without windows, so it felt quite dark. But otherwise it was fine. The only disappointment was that I had specifically asked before I arrived if I could extend my checkout time by 35 minutes, so as not to be disturbed during that time as I had a very important Zoom call. They wrote back agreeing to that. And yet still, in the middle of that Zoom call, they kept phoning asking when I was checking out. Really frustrating and just bad customer service
