Good simple hotel room. Check-in process was difficult, and no staff can be found when needed.

Great spot, next to the subway and downtown

A small walk to the main hub, but a good area for sure.

Wifi wasn't available on the 5th floor but the rooms was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were quite decently sized. Although the shower was a bit cramped, and it was a shame that I could not adjust the climate control to just blowing air instead of having it stuck at heating mode and bleoing hot air through the vents. The staff were strict in a good sense, and were helpful! The hotel location is super convenient as the hotel is only a 3 minutes walk away from the subway station that has elevator access.

Cost, breakfast, bed were great!

Cheap and clean (rooms renovated) with a great basic breakfast. You cannot go wrong here!

Good for the price

I booked a non smoking room and paid for a non smoking room but found the room on arrival to stink of cigarette smoke. All the staff suggested was that we “open the window”. Booking confirmation number 160092689462

Stayed in a single, non-smoking room for 3 nights. Room was clean. Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.), slippers were provided, including tea and kettle. Breakfast was great, on 1F. Staff were aggressive. Room Cleaning - JPY400, Towel and Toiletry replenishment and replacement - JPY200, Luggage Locker on checkout - JPY100.
