極佳 It’s a reasonable priced hotel for the area. The front desk staff was not as warm or cheery but the whole experience is just right. I’d do it again. It shares the pool with another hotel in the same complex

極佳 The front desk staff and the housekeeper Aurelia are friendly and fantastic! They were understanding that I had former colleagues and friends who stopped by for a quick visit while I was in town. Thanks!

低於平均 Came in and the room was sweltering, turned on the AC and left to get food, came back an hour later about 8pm and only mildly better. Fell asleep due to travel fatigue and woke up in a sweat around midnight. Went to front desk, guy came upstairs just stared at the AC and said to let it run longer. It had been on for 5 hours at this point. Had to spend a good chunk of time in the car working or sitting right next to it as they denied my claim to Expedia regarding the AC. I understand they were fully booked at that point but to not try to make it right by refunding the night was absurd. Horrible experience
