Comfortable stay, rooms were huge, lots of space to spread out and unwind comfortably. Not as remote a stay as it may seem. Room was across from a karaoke bar which was lively over the weekend. Staff very kind and helpful with everything, really a stellar staff. Bidet in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Our villa was beautiful and so nice and clean - we loved the little touches like the night time sweet treat! We opted to do one of the tours and our guide was incredible - he was so knowledgeable about all of the different places we went to and the history of the area. The guide was the highlight and the tour is definitely worth doing for someone visiting and not sure where to go. We also had a treatment at the luxury spa and had amazing service - I work in the industry and can say it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Our checkout was seamless - they even did a check of our room for us and retrieved belongings we left behind so quickly with no hassle. All round amazing stay at Ana Mandara and would love to stay again if we come back!

Beautiful and serene property with exceptional staff. Should have stayed longer!

Fresh and delicious with plenty of choices

Old, outdated and many issues with odors in plumbing. Need serious attention on the plumbing and bedding

The whole experience at this hotel was wonderful, from check-in to departure. The landscape is beautiful, the staff were amazing and the room we had was more like a full sized flat! Also spent a day by the heated pool which was lovely. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was beautiful and very big but it was slightly dirty in a few areas and is becoming a little tired and could really do with a lick of paint. The noise from the people upstairs can become a bit of a pain and I would guess light sleepers would have a genuine issue with the reoccurring sound of chairs scraping across the floor and the sound of footsteps pacing back and forth every day. The fact that we were only staying for 4 nights and were up early pretty much every day meant it was not really a problem for us. Beautiful location, amazing staff, fantastic food on all levels. Would defo recommend to others

beautiful location, excellent service

Outstanding staff. Beautiful property. Wonderful layout. Very authentic. Don't look any further. Just stay here. It is a magical 1920s Oasis in the middle of DaLat

Very great! The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
