It was inexpensive. Rooms face into courtyard with treed and flowering plants, guests have a fob to obtain entry to courtyard, and rooms. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable.

很好 Very clean and quiet. Owner speaks a little English but we were able to communicate. Added plus - able to eat breakfast in the cool of the morning outside in the patio.
Drawback - locked gate which owner open so might make hard returning late in the evening.
Centrally located so within walking distance of everything.

Friendly staff, slight language barriers but still very nice.
The fridge in the room was a nice bonus, as was the large bathtub.

很好 The location is good. It is near to the city center. And only 10-15 minutes to bus station if you would also like to visit Transnistria Moldovan Republic. The owner is nice, although not good in English. He is easygoing and helpful.
