極佳 We had a great time at this hotel during our family trip to Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Rialto Bridge, water buses, restaurants, and the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Our room was clean, comfy, and well maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and relaxing. We especially loved the convenient location, especially how easy it was to get there from the airport, and the helpful service throughout our stay.
To reach this hotel, get off at Fondamonte Nove stop in Alilaguna and it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Fewer bridges and less crowded.
Thanks for making our Venice holiday so enjoyable.

極佳 Newly renovated bathroom, very spacious and modern! Some different options at breakfast including vegan brioche which was refreshing to see! Great location for seeing Venice!

極佳 It was perfect! Lovely room, we are a family of three, beds were very comfortable. It’s also a very central location, we found it easy to walk everywhere. Good stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend.

很好 Hotel is very central, easy walking to the water bus stop, rialto bridge and st marks square. Rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. Great to have a continental breakfast included.
The rooms have air conditioning, but despite this we’re very warm.
The bathroom is smelly, not sure if that is just a Venice issue in general as opposed to this specific hotel or room.
Had a lovely stay.

Old building. No elevator or assistance to take up luggage’s at check-in. Breakfast was mediocre. Room smelled, very damp.
