The staff at both front desk and at all levels were super polite. Dinner buffet and morning breakfast had a good spread. Overall a comfortable overnight stay at this hotel

低於平均 Breakfast was not served in restaurant as shown in Expedia pictures. They arranged breakfast in a convention hall which was not clean or hygienic. Coffee and Tea were cold at room temperature. Only two waiters were standing stalemate without helping the guests or checking the food.
Bad experience with the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.
Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
