Staff even while having 3 little leagues teams there was able to help me check-in and get accommodated with my room for me and my wife. Staff was very kind and cordial, most of all professional while dealing with the chaos happening lol

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but needs to be updated. Overall it was a good stay

Breakfast was a plus

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. I did have 3 problems that kept me from giving them a 5 star. You had to repeatedly try the room key to unlock the door. It wouldn’t unlock on the first try. They had NO coffee for breakfast or during the day before. That is unacceptable to me. If they didn’t get the delivery, then go buy some coffee. Lastly the back door to the building wasn’t able to be opened from the outside.

Clean room.

I love the early check in. It was fairly quiet I got a lot of rest. Breakfast was great and it actually tastes great.

Pleased with overall cleanliness and location.

Breakfast was good

There was a dead bug that was on the wall when we arrived and carpet felt dirty and not vacuumed. The pillows are definitely interesting being square and about 18"x18". When asked for more pillows for the pullout bed use, we were told there was nothing they could do and no pillows available. Lobby was clean and the morning staff was nice and friendly!
