The stay was pleasant. The hotel is well situated for walking the shuttle to Ubud market area was handy. The room was very spacious. The staff was also very friendly.

The hotel was old and we had to change rooms 3 times to find the one we felt somewhat comfortable at. However, the breakfast options were pretty good and the hotel was quiet even though within walking distance to restaurants/shopping area.

Staff are friendly and always willing to help. If you like quiet , give this place a go.

The staff were beautiful and very accomodating. We loved being greeted with a smile each time we spoke with them all. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. Many thanks for Mika who took us to Uluwatu on our last day, she was lovely to chat to and very informative about Bali. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Shower was good. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. Overall it was a great stay.

Such a great location and easy to walk to and from Ubud central - yet completely quiet. Two pools were a huge bonus and they were typically quiet. Salt water pool is great for sunset over the rice fields! The staff was all so lovely from reception, to shuttle to spa. Rooms are massive and clean.
