Following question we ask reception manager and this question is for
Hotels com as well as you are taking bookings for international customers:
Under the Standards of International Hotel Rating code to operate as a Hotels 1 star🌟
Or more bedrooms/s MUST have at least one window with visible daylights and fresh air circulation and it is also used as escape exit in case of an emergency.
Any rooms with no windows could be ONLY
use as a storage rooms or stairs or elevators
or fire escape hydrant etc.
In the future as an agency for any accommodation purpose rooms with no windows should not be advertised.
We have had a filling like we are sleeping in the tunnel or bunker trapped inside like the animals. Personaly I will never ever accept
any more this type of accommodation.
Overall the hotel deserve only 3 * rating with out using rooms for accommodation for guests.
