Clean, not far from transport options. Reasonable size room, decent shower. Absolutely fine for short stay

很好 Every staff member I encountered was super nice and helpful. Great breakfast also. The carpet in the halls was stained and looked dated. Good location to catch the tram
and commuter train.

Excellent customer service. Initially I was not used to this no-frill place. Day 2 I begin to enjoy and experience their sustainability seriousness to protect earth. Oh! the breakfast, fantastic delicious. The staff, temp or perm were so helpful and responsible. The morning I left at 4:30am, after a week’s stay I got such friendly help with luggage and offer of hot tea. Will come back the next time if I return. I recommend. S L Lim.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
