One of the best resorts, the best staff of any hotel that i have ever seen. They were very welcoming, caring and always ready to help. During my stay in Costa Rica, I stayed at another more expensive property but did not find the same warmth and enjoyment. I came to regret not putting all my days at Nayara, a sentiment that was shared unanimously in my group.
Usually don’t write reviews, I think this place deserves the praise.

I have owned a spa for 20 years and travel around the world to visit spas. Nayara has my favorite service of any spa I have been to, it is called the signature Nayara experience. Angelia was my therapist and she is wonderful.
The staff members are excellent and even remember your name. We had excellent service from two of the Managers, Carolina and Luis. Both went out of their way to ensure we had special experiences. Luis with a special dinner and Carolina reprinting a couple of pictures for us and putting them in frames. No matter what we asked of her it was done in a quick and efficient way. This is our 10th visit and we plan on returning later this year. The grounds are beautiful but the staff makes it the top property that it is.

Absolutely everything about this stay was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The room was the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff treated me like a queen. The best massage after hiking 500 steps up and down to get to La Fortuna waterfall. 10/10 air conditioning and pools for when Costa Rica gets hot.

Everything was a dream. The facilities are extremely nice, the service is outstanding, amenities are awesome. We loved the room, the resort restaurants and wine bar. Our favorites were the espresso bar and the hot springs! The gym could be a little bigger, but loved the yoga area too!
