Location is great, not far from the train station. Was easy to drop off bags and go explore.
Breakfast was delicious and since I was there for a Sunday it was worth it as most else was closed.
Room was clean and adequate.
Front desk very helpful even providing a map upon arrival.
English widely spoken so no issues with translation.
Cash only for city tax and I was checked at the train station for the city permission

Clean room, great location near train station, but across the canal in Santa Croce. The hotel manager who checked us in took lots of time to tell us all his favorite places and restaurants. Excellent experience. This was my second time staying here, and I would love to come back a third time.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They gave great advice on tours and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and quaint. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

Great place in a quiet area. Alan at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations for things to do, places to go and where to eat. It made our trip amazing as it was our first time in Venice, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall an excellent hotel. The location was great, within a few minutes walk of the train and bus station. Vaporetto stations nearby too but close enough to all the sites to walk, if you are that way inclined, which we are.
Probably the best value cafes and restaurant close by the hotel was a bonus too.
Breakfast was varied and lovely, although hot drink provisions at breakfast and in the rooms, could be better.
