The breakfast was better than expected and in a very nice dining area. The room was small, as expected and otherwise fine. Changing the carpet would really help it feel less of a prison cell though. Fairly convenient to Kanda Station.

This was our first trip to Japan, and my husband and I found this hotel to be very clean and well-located, with exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff. The room was typically compact, but the layout was perfectly efficient and met all our needs - silent, effective air conditioning, comfortable bedding, sufficient storage - and the breakfast, served in a charming open area which doubles as a library, was delicious and changed daily. We really enjoyed our stay!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently close to 3 trains stations, and only 1 mile from Tokyo station. The restaurants nearby are top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As Americans, it was helpful that a lot of the front desk spoke English. I highly recommend having Google translate and Google maps on your phone.

Service was bad rooms were small and falling apart staff were not helpful and wanted to charge u for everything. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
