Another excellent stay here; very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. Room good size and clean.

Reception staff were adequate but that’s all. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were very helpful. Ripped sofa cover and hair all over bathroom floor on arrival. But amazing view from our room on the top floor and a balcony.

Loved the breakfast, comfortable/pleasant room and modern bathroom, location, and friendly staff. While the lobby is air conditioned, the rooms are not. The windows do not open more than a crack so room cannot even cool down at night. It was unbearably hot during the July heat wave in the UK. These were not humane conditions and caused us not to sleep. I reached out to hotel staff and to corporate and neither provided any accommodations for the inhumane conditions. I would expect more from an international hotel chain.

The ac was not working at all, the staff were unhelpful and there was no notification prior to arrival that the ac was not working during a heatwave

Beware that the air conditioning does not work in majority of the bedrooms. Staying at the hotel on one of the hottest days of the year it was unbearable in the room as the window only opened a crack and they only provided a very small desk fan. I heard many guest complain to reception.
