The room was clean, warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and lovely , the parking was good even though it was full for a wedding and the bar staff were very pleasant!

Very comfortable hotel, lovely room with friendly staff. We enjoyed our short stay here, it was perfectly situated for an early morning flight from Knock Airport

Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit.
