Nice short walk from the vaporetto and next to the opera house. Wonderful air conditioned room. There was a terrace on the top floor to have an aperitivo. Beautiful experience.

Loved the location, so easy to walk to all sites in the old town and to the Vaporetta. Don't miss the roof top balcony which has a view of the dome of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. Breakfast was superb. The staff were supremely helpful, even finding us another couple to share (and split the high cost of) a private water taxi to the airport. The boat showed up at our door on our final morning and we enjoyed a last beautiful tour of several canals and the wide open expanse of the lagoon.

I love boutique hotels and this was one of the best on our trip. The staff was amazingly helpful, the room was huge, and it was in the middle of everything.
I would stay here again without question.

The hotel was centrally located. The room was large with 2 vertical windows overlooking the canal. It had a large tub and large frosted glass window. Plenty of drawers, nice desk, the wardrobe with safe and refrigerator in it. The floor was terrazzo, the bed comfortable. I did not take part in their breakfasts … so cannot report. The building is over 500 years old. It has an old well in the lobby. ( their sources were rain water)… I did not want to leave…I would happily return.
