Very old fashioned hotel. Have to leave key at desk and all rooms are not fitted with safes. Fridge was broken in my room.

I'm a solo traveller and this hotel was perfectly located. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all my needs. The rooms were really clean, only used the TV once on my stay but you can change any channel to English speaking. The bathroom however was very compacted but worked and clean, lovely clean towels provided, mini fridge for storing water etc. Air con - this was a most when travelling to Rome in June, and the months after are hotter I believe. All in all a fantastic short stay hotel.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, but upon arrival, nothing was working—including the toilet, Wi-Fi, and shower. I asked to leave that same day, and the next day I had to book a different hotel. I want a refund because the service was terrible; there are better-quality hotels at more affordable prices in the same area. The hotel facilities are very outdated; it isn't worth the price charged online.

A good place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Most of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Great location in Rome. Located very close to the Rome terminal. Shuttle bus wasn't available or at least difficult to get a hold of when you arrive at the airport. Air condition was great. Clean room. But Staff was inconsistent in regards to giving instructions. But overall a good experience.

Close to train station

Great deal. Nice room as advertised. Hot water didn’t work one morning for about 3 hours. The bar is not open.

This is a no-frills hotel, which would satisfy the need to get a reasonably good bed in a safe and reasonably convenient neighbourhood in Rome, at an affordable rate. Good if you go to Rome for intense, all day tourism activities. My room was clean, bathroom was renovated, space was ok for European hotel standards, good air and sun, and not noisy, despite the fact that it looked over the street. Building is 3 blocks from the Termini train station, one block from the metro station that goes to the Colosseum, and you can walk to the Forum/Trevi in about 35 minutes, if that is your thing. Overall it is a good deal if you keep realistic expectations.

Needed last minute room close to train station and was very convenient. Front desk gentleman VERY helpful!

Clean room but has a weird smell. Not sure why we have to return the key every time we leave the hotel.
