Lovely place!!!! Great Breakfast! Great location. Our A/C was broken in our room, so that was the only negative. Would stay again!

Wen we arrived we were told they hadn't received the 2 emails my friend sent we are 2 women in our late 60s with a room each we asked for them to be near each other..they were opposite sides of the hotel my friends room was 62 steep stairs up a floor on its own .a lift to 1st floor but not good if ur on your own and don't like lifts.my room was 30 steps high the room itself had no plugs except the one the big light was plugged into.the hairdryer was like a hoover pipe and difficult to hold as it got so hot. But the worse thing was on 2 occasions I came back to find my room was left unlocked by the cleaners! I did mention this to reception and have since read other reviews and have seen this has happened several times.es before.the water door was a good idea but very very expensive 4 x more than the water bus. The location is perfect tho which is why I presume it's 4 Stars def not for rooms staff and helpfulness

Very clean, however there was no shower curtain to keep water from going everywhere.

Great location for all the major sights - close to Grand Canal - had it's own little canal view - fabulous staff - great rooms - average breakfast. Very minor niggle - the shower whilst hot on the first morning was only luke warm subsequently.

Located well within walking distance to shopping and sites. Staff were helpful and kind. Good breakfast!

Location was great, gondolas ride right by hotel. Shower was only a bath, not great. Breakfast not included and expensive. Was just ok.
