My check in process was great! The views of the beach/ocean breathtaking!

This is ocean front.

We love the location and accessibility of the beach. We enjoyed the suite room. It was spacious and clean.

It is good

The bathtub faucet litterally broke off the wall and exposed disgusting rusty pipes that had corroded all the way through . We then had to move rooms. The following day in our new room the water stopped working for over 4 hours in the middle of the day, while I was in the shower…The new rooms bathroom ceiling was constantly leaking onto all of our stuff .The weather seals on both the entrance door and Lanai door were completely missing , so they made an insane howling and vacuum noise while they were closed, making it extremely loud in the room all night . My last day staying there the valets lost my car keys for over an hour while frantically looking for them. The staff only took off 2 days of resort fees for these inconveniences. For the price this trip cost I feel shorthanded big time by the Twin Fin

Couldn't have booked a better hotel and location for the price! Superrr convenient to Waikiki beach and will definitely book here again in the future. Family friendly and staff was amazing. 10 out of 10 due to price, location, amenities and overall value.

They add club charges for every one, even if they don’t want to use.. it’s extra of hotel charges

It’s not the newest hotel but it was close to the beach and the fact that you can get umbrellas and beach chairs at no cost to you was great.

The room was awesome. We had the jr suite at the top with the crater view and ocean view. Even thro some days took us 35 minutes to get to r room over all, 5 🌟 from us. We r definitely going to miss it. U must visit Waikiki, Hawaii twin fin hotel and get room #2528 U will be amazed. MAHALO!!!!
