EXCELENTE LOCALIZACION, EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE, DORMIMOS MUY COMODOS!

Location is great!

Everything was awesome

Good hotel, spacious room, good location, nice food.. Negatives: you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, children running, people talking, doors beeing slammed. Room had a wierd smell, like burnt electric wiring

Location was excellent. Clean rooms.

The property itself was excellent, service was excellent, location was excellen. The only issue i had but maybe its a personal issue but after a long day of walking, and sightseeing, I had it in my head to relax in the jacuzzi and re-energize. When i got to the jaccuzzi/spa it was the same water temperature as the pool water. I find it diffiucult to relax the body in cool water and relax the body. The spa jets worked well but not the spa water temp. Maybe a me issue, but i was dissapointed. Other then that, i would definetly return to the Barcelo.

I found an old shirt on top of the closet until checkout time. Obviously it was left from the previous stay. Luckily I only stay for two nights.

Centrally located to the street where people gather Francisco madero. About a mile and a half to the socalo.

El servicio de la alberca "pésimo" parece que viven en los 70, no cargan la cuenta a tu cuarto. Dejan que las personas , se echen clavados, los niños molestan mucho en la alberca y no hay quien supervise. Deberían de actualizarse. Por el precio de la estancia deberían de ser mejores. No regresaría, ni lo recomendaría. Recepción excelente. Siguen sin mandarme la factura del consumo en el bar de palta baja. No están a la altura de un buen hotel.
