The place was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean Room, Good Breakfast, Comfy bed. Quiet room. The only down fall is that there was no microwave, but not a deal breaker.

The breakfast is decent with large muffins. There's a serene park behind the facility that's great for morning or evening walks. Location is close to the airport and outlet shopping mall. Also, many asian restaurants within walking distance

The hotel was nicer than I'd thought it was going to be. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel did show some age, but those were minor things like paint, etc. The staff was great and very helpful. I would stay there again.

Overall, this was a good experience; however, it would have been excellent if the kettles worked.

In all honesty, the rooms and the facility are a bit dated, but if you can get past that, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is what you’d expect, good options to get through the day. I have to say though the customer service was top notch, fantastic work from the staff so kind and helpful, we were able to check in early, the shuttle drivers were very kind and accommodating, and even when we declined the shuttle initially but changed our mind to take the shuttle they accommodated it no problem, we even had to reschedule on top of that and they still accommodated it without any hassle whatsoever. Great experience because of the staff.

This property may appear somewhat dated but all the amenities were present and in good working order. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants.

Very nice and friendly staff — everyone. Excellent, convenient location. Free parking was a big benefit.
