The room was clean and the staff help me out a lot

We were pleased with the cleanliness and arrangement of the room, because we had three adults staying and liked having the wall between the main bedroom and the living area with sofa sleeper. The bathroom did not provide enough privacy, because it was not accessible from the living area so that person had to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. And the bathroom has a one-way glass, which doesn’t provide as much privacy as we would like. The beds were hard. The people in the room above us were very loud, but the staff were quick to address it when I called.

Very good value. Helpful staff. Nice room. Good restaurant with good service. Regular shuttle to airport. Very strongly recommended.

Excellent hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful

Great property extremely close to the airport and love the shuttle service,

My mistake was trying to walk from the train station- if arriving that way, ask them where to meet the shuttle (every 20 minutes). The room and restaurant were excellent. Restaurant was expensive.

Maryam reception staff very friendly, very approachable full details provided and it’s our first time to come to Switzerland she told us where to go how to go. And she provided to us pass for, transportation per day
