This hotel is in an older area of Marseille but very nice and clean, Breakfast and Bar area are excellent. Improvements required in bathroom shower facilities.

This hotel was pretty good, overall, but the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. I was also grossed out that the bed didn’t have a protective mattress pad on it. It was literally just a flat sheet directly on top of the bare mattress with no waterproof barrier in between. On top of that, the flat sheet wasn’t big enough to tuck in under the mattress so it didn’t stay in place throughout the night. Not using fitted sheets on the bottom is one of my biggest pet peeves. I hate when it get loose and wrinkled under me.

Great location, breakfast was amazing & the super king bed was so comfortable. We were able to use the storage facility all afternoon until we needed them to go to the airport. The bar prices were reasonable & the staff were friendly & professional.

This hotel is close to all public transportations and easy to get to Vieux Port in Marseille. Clean and good sized room for europe standard . We came very early in am and they held our luggage for us and was able to let us in an hour or 2 before our check in time . Staff is helpful and courteous . I would recommend this hotel .

Very convenient locations. And appreciated having staff clean my room daily. Check in and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Need better coffee makers in room. Instant coffee doesn’t cut it any more.

The rooms are rundown

The hotel was okay, but far below what I expected. I stayed for four days on a business trip and asked at least twice a day for access to an iron. Somehow, this turned out to be impossible. I was told the hotel had 15 iron sets, but they were always on loan. Several times, staff said they would call me when one became available, but I never heard anything. The rest of the stay was mostly in line with expectations, but for a business hotel, simple and important things like this matter. Not being able to iron clothes for four days is frustrating enough. The lack of helpful follow-up from the staff made it worse. Overall, an okay hotel in some respects, but disappointing when basic business travel needs are not handled properly.
