The staff were wonderful & friendly. Our room and outdoor area however was filled with mosquitos and really unpleasant, I killed about 12 mosquitos just around the bed net. Also a lot of construction so very noisy. The although room was spacious & bed was comfy. Pool was great. Random area though.

I was very disappointed in the property when we arrived. I feel like at one point I’m sure the property and our room did look like the pictures, but upon arrival our room was rough and run down. Our room was dirty, dingy, and run down. The mosquitos were terrible as well and made the room uninhabitable. There were more in our room than outside. We ended our stay at Alan Bidadari and checked out sooner than we planned to.

I was scheduled to land and arrive after hours when checkin desk would be closed. I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. I was only able to make reservations elsewhere through the help of the relocation team at Expedia. If not for them i would have been stranded in a country half way around the world...

It was amazing. Very comfortable.

Beautiful, spacious and cozy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is good. Everything is almost perfect except our room has water clogging issue every time we shower...

Best Villa i ever had... such a beautiful villa with good location.

We Enjoyed our stay and will be back. The accommodation was wonderful, it was spacious in a modern Balinese style. The private pool was clean, private in a calming Balinese landscaping. The king size bed could fit 2 adults and a young child easily. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too!

Quite enjoyed our stay but would of preferred to be closer to town. Place was quite clean. Breakfasts were also quite nice. Staff were extremely helpful. Very noisy at night and our villa was next door to a 3 level apartment block so felt like there was no privacy for swimming.

A bit noisy cos near to the road side, and many of mosquito, other than that will happy on stay here.

My friend booked 4-5 weeks in advance got conformation and as she is in aorport flying over ,she gets mail it is double booking so we are cancelling your booking..not very nice practice.. she end up in our room .pool is small..the sun is only available around the pool until 2 pm . I wanted sun bath was only limited hours. Staff was good. Room service was good. But again i was very disappointed
