The property was fine but at 20 minutes bus ride out of town and not a lot around it as it’s a commercial area. It would have been better to stop in town?
The place was clean tidy and fine for one night.
Chur is not some where I would stayed for more nights but we came off the glacier express to go to Lucerne which was amazing place.

Room was clean with beautiful views. Bus 6 stops right at the front door. Diana at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient answering all our questions. We ate delicious fresh salad and pastries at the coop restaurant.

Great location and all the amenities around. Staff at reception were polite and efficient. I would expect a 4 Star facility to provide tea and coffee facilities in the room. When asked, we were charged for Tea Bags. It spoiled the experience a little.

極佳 This property was clean and in working order. It had a breakfast available but not included with room. They did have laundry service available which came back in a timely fashion.

The room was too hot even with air conditioning on (which was sub-standard), and the TV was poor - had Englis channels with no audio. Views were great but the location of the hotel was not what we were hoping for.
