We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest.

The hotel rooms are extremely small. Be prepared to walk in the door in the bathroom and then navigate around the bed with little space. I also prepaid Hotels.com, but then was charged again the full rate a second time and not until I noticed it on my credit card statement and contacted the hotel. Did they claim to do anything about it? I still have not received a credit from the hotel on my credit card.

Bad start to check in as I was going to pay for my room again after paying Hotel.com, was stressed as I couldn’t use my credit card
