The property is very well located at the JBR walk, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and valuable. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, always. Thank you

The food was horrible and didn’t cater to anybody not Asian. The other guests were horrific and so unhygienic. Ended up leaving after 2 days because the place was so bad - DONT GO

Penthouse suite wonderful, huge, very clean, would definitely visit again.
Restaurant, clean, bright but had the feel of a canteen, not quite right for evening meal.
The food was tasty but they tend to stick to the same cakes for dessert, not much other choice.
Would come again but only have self catering or B & B.

They didn’t explain to us that the snacks in room will be charged to us and they replaced it each day. I ending up with 120 dollars bill in snacks I thought were complimentary
