Lovely hotel with huge rooms (three of us in a two bed apt). Gorgeous high ceilings and a large balcony. Kitchen and large living / dining area with lovely decor. 4 stars for cleanliness as a bit dusty but def 5 stars for the size, layout, comfy beds etc. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and helpful. Hotel was about 20-30 mins outside (north west direction) from the Medina which made for a very relaxing stay away from the madness of the Medina. Back and forth in a taxi was about 200dirhams (£16). We had a great driver and just used Whatsapp to have him collect us and take us where we wanted to go. Be warned about the roads - the driving there is complete madness but definitely an experience.

Staff were amazing, especially cleaners/ front desk. Clean room. The only thing that needs improvement is the kitchen, food wasn’t great and limited menu

Nackdelen var den bedrövliga frukosten. Det löstes dock enkelt genom att köpa det vi behövde på Carrefour och äta på terrassen i vår fina villa. Allt annat var toppen. Rent och fräscht. Personalen är oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolområdet är fräscht och ca 1/4 av poolen är dessutom uppvärmd, vilket gör att man kan få omväxling i temp när man badar.

Yes but no coffee or tea

I liked that it was a quiet location it was pretty far from other places and the rooms were spacious. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent. However the cleanness in the rooms were ok. It could have been better in my opinion. Otherwise our stay was good.

Wonderful place to stay with very nice friendly staff. Pool was beautiful, rooms with outside space were lovely. Only downside was not much variety in food, you had to leave and get a taxi in order to have a good meal...

The staff here are incredible. It’s a tranquil and peaceful oasis outside the hustle and busyness of Marrakech. The staff cannot do enough for you and the property is beautiful. Very safe and relaxed atmosphere. Good spa. I would definitely recommend Dar Lamia!

The gardens were magnificent. The main pool area was lovely. We didn’t eat at the restaurant however we did get some salads to take home, which were very tasty We enjoyed our stay very much. They were very lenient with the check in time which was much appreciated as we brought food with us. We stayed at a deluxe Villa which was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The only area which I felt needed improvement was that there was no circulation in our private pool. The filters did not seem to be working, but we enjoyed the main pool very much. Thank you to all the staff at Dar Lamia for a wonderful family vacation. This was a really nice stay, we did have some issues in the starting but I spoke with Celine and she helped a lot she made our experience better and helped resolve the issues. I would love to come back and stay here because this place is beautiful the only downfall is that it is far so you have to get taxi to get places nothing is in walking distance. There’s also a ton of cats we loved them but if you are allergic this is not the right place. I wish we stayed longer because it felt like home and everyone was so friendly
