Great spot! Location, vibe, staff, rooms. Loved it!

Very Nice hotel , clean anda very beautiful view! All the staff very friendly!

The Bad: When staying at a luxury hotel, one expects the basics to be taken care of. When things miss the mark they stand out that much more. The bathroom sink had a noticeable amount of black mold growing in it. The thermostat buttons were worn which made it difficult to use (seems small but when you're tired from travel the last thing one wants to do is fumble with the air conditioning controls). No outlet/USB phone charging near the bed was also frustrating. The Good: The views from the restaurant terrace are spectacular. With the hotel being tucked away via a driveway between building facades makes for a unique setting.

Lovely staff, from the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was very welcoming. I felt super comfy throughout my stay. The location is amazing with lots of cool places nearby for coffee and food. In the evening it was absolutely quiet, with a stunning view over Lisbon. Loved it!

Had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were great, and every detail made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. A great view of the city. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere made it hard to leave. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, stress-free getaway.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with stunning views that made waking up each morning feel special. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful atmosphere — it felt like a quiet retreat while still being close to everything. The location is ideal, with great restaurants, shops, and viewpoints just a short walk away. I also really enjoyed the food and overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything felt high-quality and well cared for, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend Memmo Príncipe Real to anyone visiting Lisbon and would love to stay here again in the future!
