The room was lovely and very spacious.

My daughter was contacted after checkout and wrongly accused of stealing body wash and shampoo. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable and upsetting for her. This was clearly a mistake on their part, yet instead of taking a moment to check the facts or handle the matter professionally and respectfully, they immediately jumped to accusing her of theft and demanding that she return the items or be charged for them. The tone and approach were rude, presumptuous, and entirely inappropriate. To then question her about why she had not informed staff there was no body wash/shampoo in the room is frankly ridiculous. We stayed for one night only and it was not our responsibility to monitor your room inventory or report missing toiletries that should have been checked by housekeeping before guests arrived. The complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and concern for the upset this has caused does not even seem to be on their radar, just "sorry it was a misunderstanding"

Great 2 bedroom room with parking right outside room. Private courtyard outback a great addition. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great advice on local attractions and services. Staff also open to making bookings. Great stay!

For the price, this motel is way over-rated. The redeeming feature is the friendliness and quality of their staff. The building is poorly designed, with multiple residents having to walk past the “ocean glimpses” room we had. Inevitably, privacy and peace is disturbed. Rooms are tired and old, certainly not value for the high price we paid. Not really self-contained, and kitchen equipment was all battered and dirty. The location is convenient, but there are far better options nearby.

Room was clean, just a little noisy next to the office.

We had a fabulous two day stay here. Angela and her delightful staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a gorgeous large and spotless room (thanks again for the upgrade!) with kitchen and bathroom, all perfectly and thoughtfully equipped. In addition, many wonderful things were offered, from free baristas morning coffee to bicycles, beach towels & umbrellas, pool and tennis court use. Highly recommended!
