Comfortable room, though even though superior level did not have a view. Staff were very friendly. Quality of fittings was good. Rooftop breakfast area and breakfast were outstanding. Location was great in centre of old town. There was some mold in the shower area which should have been cleaned off.

Views are amazing from the roof! Only gave it 4 stars because the rooms are not as great as pictured BUT they are very clean. FYI: no elevator and lots of stairs so be prepared to lug your bags!

We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed - including a small water heater and instant coffee. That may not sound like much but it was tremendous for us. We wake up well before anywhere serves coffee. All previous stays around Italy didn’t offer this so that extra touch meant at lot. There is a rooftop area that offers breakfast and has spectacular views of Palermo. The property was pretty much central to all areas we wanted to explore - and we walked to all of them. Where else in th world can you go to a square and listen to live opera singing while enjoying food, gelato, etc? It was right around the block! Our last morning we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight. Barbara set up our ride and also made a to-go breakfast for us. We can’t thank Barbara and Emiliano enough for our incredible stay. We honestly highly recommending the property!

Room was huge and clean, however the staircase had caved in but there was a temporary railing. Helpful staff but no one is on the properties past 4pm although there’s a number you can contact. Beautiful breakfast venue with very mediocre food.

The staff were kind and helpful. The property was not super clean. Our room had a view of a very dirty outside area. The location was good for staying in a big city. It was close to the water and right in the heart of the old city. We were going to leave as soon as we got there. We had planned on leaving the next day, but decided to give it a chance. We had dinner at a little place around the corner and it was delicious. We got up in the morning and went up to the terrace and had breakfast with a nice view and it was a selling point. We decided to stay. It was not our favorite place. In fact it was our least favorite place that we stayed during this five week excursion in Europe. We were able to enjoy our trip. The food in the area was really good. we did a day trip Cefalù on the train and that was definitely a highlight.

Central location, plenty to see and places to eat.

Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. Incredible views. We enjoyed our stay in Palermo.
