不錯 .Overall, we had a decent stay. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was on the third floor, but the hallway had an unpleasant odor, similar to a dirty mop. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, as there was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor when we first entered the room.
One thing that was disappointing was the room description. When I booked online, it stated the room included a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa. However, it did not specify that the pull-out sofa was only a small twin-size sleeper, which was misleading.
The complimentary breakfast was okay, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel is in a good location, and the customer service was excellent. With better attention to cleanliness and more accurate room descriptions, this hotel would provide a much better experience.

極佳 The hotel is nice, clean and near the airport. The time for transportation(hotel shuttle) from airport to hotel can be around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the availability which is important to consider. The room was pretty and very clean. The complementary breakfast was great.

極佳 Hyatt Place Orlando Airport was a really nice surprise! Very clean, quiet, well maintained and a great staff! In room refrigerator, on sight restaurant, walk to several other restaurants, airport shuttle, just a very pleasant experience.
Very professional and courteous service too!
I stayed there for one night on June 23rd and was so impressed, I stayed again on my way back home on July 22nd. I absolutely recommend the property for travelers passing through Orlando Airport!

低於平均 The initial room they gave me ,#306, smelled of exterminator spray. The room I stayed in , #224, lacked sufficient washcloths for me and my spouse. We had only one washcloth each. Also had to call 911 because front desk didn’t answer when I called. The adjoining room rammed my door which frightened me and my spouse out of a deep sleep.
