Friendly, helpful staff, quiet room, central location.

Excellent location with paid parking even for our over height vehicle. Good breakfast, clean functional rooms. Would definitely use again

The breakfast , room & staff were all lovely, it my regular place to say while in town. Would love a mini fridge in the room option but the breakfast downstairs & kettle in room are generally enough

Stayed 3 nights in a twin room and it was excellent. There is a supermarket across the road and a pub as well. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. It's about 10mins walk from the John Frost Bridge. There is parking available if you pay. Could have done with a fridge and safe but ideal for our needs. Would stay again.

Great location although can be very noisy. We stayed on the 5th floor but due to the narrow streets and the tall buildings any vehicle noise or people chatting late at night magnified the noise although that is being a little harsh but something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Rooms clean, no bath but a lovely modern shower. No fridge or safe in room but you could utilise reception for safe keeping. Television in the room was really small but was only really watched later in the evening but a little larger would have been better. Overall a lovely hotel and would highly recommend. Staff throughout were a credit to the hotel Would definately stay here again.

Secure parking is ideal. Breakfast is decent. Staff really friendly. Rooms lovely and clean

Great location to walk to shops and restaurants, and sights. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.
