低於平均 Felt that although the property represented good overall value that it lets itself down with a few elements.
Firstly, ants were everywhere. Better fumigation needed and grout needs to be applied to open holes were ants come into the apartment from. There were literally 50+ some nights in the bathrooms
Secondly, the check in was poor..we were stuck outside the property for 20 minutes as noone was in reception.
Finally, didn't sleep well. Bed was rock hard not enough pillows

Very dirty floors ( looks like never been cleaned) or feets was black even with socks on after day 1, also lots of dog hairs and some dirtiness on walls, not happy as we was with an infant. Blocked kitchen sink ( repaired after we reported it). But bedding was changed and clean, beds comfy overall. Room attendant was rude. Receptionists friendly.Never used an Aircon as not needed ( time of season) Family friendly. Cleanliness very very poor.

低於平均 We arrived at 4:30pm to everything locked and closed we were unable to get into the apartment block and rang the number on the closed gate and nobody answered we tried several times. Eventually we had to find alternative accommodation all this after a 6 hour drive

極佳 Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard.
