Weird but neat setup. My only gripe was having to use the mini-bar as our refridgerator...

Pool was smaller in person but the deck was great.

Great stay!

The hotel has nice features, like the rooftop restaurant and bar, and plenty of space to relax and roam. The room was underwhelming. The intent of design is felt but poorly executed, like the cheap lounging chair, the weird wall-length desk blocking the window, the metal drain that pops up above the shower floor, and the window shade that was ripped to shreds because it doesn't actually fit properly in its guide rails.

An more common occurrence happening these days was experienced here. Unauthorized holds put on credit card during my stay. Unimpressive.

Was an amazing experience. All the food places and the coffee shop were excellent. The pool and rooftop restaurant were great!!!

The hotel itself was great, very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The only downside was the service. Before arriving, we called ahead to request an early check-in and were told it would be available for an additional fee, which we agreed on paying fee. However, upon arrival, one staff member seemed to have an attitude despite the arrangements already being confirmed and reminded that there was enough rooms available to check in early. We also requested housekeeping while we were out for the day. Despite making multiple requests, our room was never cleaned. While the property itself was excellent, the lack of follow-through and customer service from the staff took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This is a hotel for hipsters. Not a family hotel. Which is okay. The “problems” were in the room. Especially dim lighting throughout. And the HVAC was tucked under a table, greatly restricting airflow. And the concrete floor and ceiling gave a being “held captive” vibe. Especially with the gray drapes drawn shut. I was very close to making a “proof of life” video to send to my fam. Also, the property was at least a 30-40 min walk to anything of interest. This aside, staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything looks better (and bigger) in the pictures. Pool was a disappointment. Elevators, and the fact that there are 2 different ones and that you need your room key to use the one for the actual hotel rooms wasn't disclosed on check in. This lead to us and another guest, struggling coming in from the parking garage. The market hall is made out to be this amazing place for eating and shopping and it's not. There were 2 "restaurants". That's it. Would not recommend and won't stay again, but it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in.

Beautiful property with great restaurants. Needs a small market for sundries and additional amenities.
